Smoked Seabream Fillets

Scientific Name: Sparus aurata (Linnaeus, 1758)

While seabream is available in Mediterranean, it is mostly encountered in East and Southeast
Mediterranean countries, Canary Islands, shores of England, Cape Verde and rarely at the shores of Black
Sea. Generally located in tropical, sub-tropical and temperate zones, seabream lives in sandy-muddy and
muddy environments. It is also encountered in river mouths and lagoon regions.
